	The garden boasts Phil's 16mm scale live steam railway. Younger visitors will definitely enjoy Thomas and Toby!
	Being south-facing the garden is warm and sunny, but if you prefer you can sit in the shade.
	Or, you can take a ten-minute walk to our local beach.
